HEY
I’M Noëlle!
I’m Noelle, and this program is intentionally small, thoughtfully developed, and rooted in a deep love for the French Bulldog breed. Every step from health testing, training, socialization, and choosing pairings is planned with a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
Our first litter is expected in 2027, and until then, I’m focused on building a foundation of wellness, structure, and love. My vision is to raise French Bulldogs who thrive physically and emotionally so they are your most cherished companions.
NOVA Frenchies are not pets. They are family and are raised in my home with attention and love and all the cheese tax required to be comfortable and happy and socially adjusted.
No kennels, garages, or locked in crates all day.
First there was
Joe
The year of research I did before getting my sweet boy was truly exhaustive. I wanted my first Frenchie experience to come from a breeder who was reputable, ethical, and genuinely focused on health. That journey led me to NW Frenchies in 2018.
Joe was the best boy in every possible way. His temperament was flawless. He was unbelievably healthy, had clear breathing, an easygoing nature, and a friendly, gentle disposition that made him wonderful with babies, animals, and everyone he met. He was super chill with just the right amount of zoomies (the kind that made you cackle with delight).
He was my dream dog. Joe is the model Frenchie in my heart and the standard I strive to honor and uphold in my own program.
then there was
Shad
Shad’s story is a reminder of why ethical breeding matters so deeply to me. He was a senior Frenchie I rescued later in life. He was blind, deaf, toothless from years of neglect, and living with Cushing’s disease. He had been backyard bred and used for breeding well past his prime, with little regard for his comfort, his health, or his dignity.
Despite everything he’d been through, Shad was one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever known. Even with his challenges, he carried the same incredible temperament and gentle spirit that made me fall in love with Joe. He was patient, affectionate, and full of that bully spirit I adore. It was impossible not to fall head over heels for him.
Caring for Shad showed me both the vulnerabilities of this breed and the beauty of their hearts. Frenchies are truly the most wonderful, loving companions and they deserve programs that protect their health, honor their limits, and put their well-being first. My experience with Shad is a big part of why I’m committed to doing this the right way.
Now we welcome
Ms. Penelope
In 2018, I had originally planned to breed Joe, but ultimately chose not to pursue it at the time. Life moved forward, and now that both of my sweet old boys have passed, I felt the pull to reach out to NW Frenchies again just to see what precious little faces they might have available.
During my conversations with Tanya, the idea of breeding resurfaced naturally. It felt right. It felt full-circle. For the first time in years, I felt ready with the acreage, space, and time to dedicate to doing this with intention and care.
So here we are. Seven years later and I’m officially starting my breeding program!
Please help me welcome little Ms. Penelope, a darling fluffy rojo and tan girl from NW Frenchies’ dam Kim Shvartzen Blues and sire NW Frenchies BBC. She is sweet, calm, beautifully structured, and already everything I hoped for in a foundational Queen.
